Pastor Robert Boelk

About Our Pastor

 

Our pastor, Robert Boelk, was called to the church on May 1st, 2005. He and his wife of 32 years, Heidi, have four children who are married. They are also the proud grandparents of three beautiful granddaughters, Anessa Marie,  Alexandra Rose, and Victoria Marie.

 

Pastor Bob, who has a Masters Degree in Music, also has completed his training in Biblical Counseling through the Royal Palm Biblical Counseling Center in Ft. Myers, Florida.  This is a valuable ministry here at the church, especially with the many challenges that we face today. Pastor Bob is also currently enrolled in Bible courses with the American Bible College.

 

Prior to his call to the church here, pastor Bob was an evangelist, traveling with his wife and children across the Eastern United States. "God has given to us a vision for our community, and a heart for the people of Golden Gate. What we are doing here is God honoring,Christ centered, and Spirit filled. It is our desire to reach out to our community with the Gospel of Grace, sharing the love of Jesus one person at a time."

We are so happy that you are visiting with us today on the Web. We have included some valuable information on this site and tried to answer some of the most commonly asked questions. If there is anything specific that you would like to know about us or the work that we are doing here in our community, please feel free to contact us. If you have a specific prayer request, you may want to include that as well. The information that we receive from you will be used in confidence for the sole purpose of praying for you and your specific need. If you would like a visit from our pastor, please feel free to let us know, and he will call you and set up a time.

 

In addition to our Sunday Morning Worship Service, we are studying the boook of Revelation on Sunday nights. The study begins at 6 PM, and is less formal, allowing for questions and insights from those attending. Also on Wednesday nights at 6 PM, we are studying the book of Acts. The study is based on course information from Ariel Ministries, under the instruction of Dr. Arnold Fruchtenbaum. This in depth Bible study has been a wonderful time of learning and growth for all of us.  

 

We want to extend to you a special invitation to come and worship with us. We are conveniently located on Santa Barbara Boulevard just one block north of Golden Gate Parkway.
